We do our best to make servicing your vehicle as convenient as possible:

  • No work is done ar Strong's AutoCare without your authorization
  • 12 months or 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor on most repairs
  • Computerized service records for all routine maintenance and mechanical services
  • As a NAPA AutoCare Center, we now offer the GE Michelin. It features a 90-days or 6 months same as cash. Using this card to pay for repairs doubles the "Peace of Mind"; warranty protection from 12 months/12,000 miles to 24 months/24,000 miles - a warranty unsurpassed in the automotive industry. You can apply for this card at our shop with a short, one-page application.

FACTS

  • Your car is the second largest investment you're likely to make. Preserve its value and your safety by having it repaired professionally.
  • Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages or poor maintenance.
  • Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do this or you may leave your car at our shop and ask the insurance company to inspect the car here.
  • You ARE NOT REQUIRED by law to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.
  • You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.
