MEET THE OWNERS, RICHARD & SHEILA STRONG

Richard Strong comes from a family line of experienced auto repair mechanics in South Windsor, CT. From a very young age, Richard had a deep passion for anything that used an engine. As a result, he occasionally followed his father into the garage where he spent most of his childhood life learning how to fix cars. By the age of 12, Richard was already racing his own car and dirt bikes while also doing repairs. At around 15-16, Richard has already gained some basic mechanic skills and he was oven doing minor repairs at his father's shop.

Years later he took over ownership of the collision repair shop, where he now works hand in hand with the wife, Sheila Strong who is the admin payroll. When he is not busy fixing cars, Richard enjoys boating, skiing, travelling, or watching his favorite sports team.
